Necessary steps
Unfortunately transcripts are not automatically issued for exchange students. You therefore have to proceed as follows:
- Compile your timetable
- Lecturers and/or study managers enter your grades and ECTS credits into LSF
- Generate a transcript of records

Creating your timetable via LSF is the basis for your transcript of records. You should compile your timetable after you have chosen which courses you are taking, i.e. after the first couple of weeks of the semester. If you stay for two semesters, you need to compile your timetable for each semester.

Based on the schedule you compiled, the lecturers of the courses you pre-selected (and/or registered for) enter the grades and ECTS credits, which will then appear on your transcript of records.

At the end (or during) your stay, you can generate the current Version of your transcript of records.
