When do I need to contact the service desk team?
- You have forgotten the password for your campus login.
- If you are an extra-mural student or if you take part in the program for senior citizens ('Seniorenstudium') and would like to obtain a CampusLMU account ("LMU Benutzerkennung").
- You can also send someone in your stead; this person needs the following documents: your student ID and your passport or ID card, a written and signed authorisation and his/her own passport or ID card.
